Who we are

Circle M Construction has been building in Sharp County since 2017, licensed with the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board under number 0401170621.

Chad Skipper and Alberto “Bert” Mendez are equal partners in the business. Each runs his own crew, and each quotes and runs his own jobs start to finish. Call either number and you get an owner.

That is the part worth understanding about how we are set up. Most outfits our size have one person selling work and someone else building it. Here, the man who walked your site and wrote your number is the man on your property while it goes up. Nothing gets lost in the handoff, because there is not one.

Two crews also means we can put real manpower on a job when it needs it. Setting trusses, a big pour, getting a roof on ahead of weather — on those days both crews work the same site.

We stay this size on purpose. Growing would let us take more work, but it would put a layer between the person who sold you the job and the person swinging the hammer, and that gap causes most of the trouble we get called in to fix.

How a job usually goes

• You call or send the form. Tell us roughly what you want. We call back the same business day.
• We come look. Site, house, access, the ground. No charge, and no obligation.
• You get a quote in writing. What it costs, what it covers, promptly.
• We build it. Your crew does not change mid-job. We tell you when something changes rather than letting you find out later.
• We clean up. Every day, not just at the end.

When we say no

We turn work down. If a job needs a trade we do not have, or a schedule we cannot honestly hit, saying yes would only make us the contractor in somebody else's complaint. We would rather point you at the right person and keep the reputation.
