Two crews, both run by an owner
Circle M Construction is Chad Skipper and Alberto “Bert” Mendez — equal partners out of Cave City, each running his own crew.
Whichever of them quotes your job is the one on site while it gets built. There is no scheduler three counties away who has never seen your house, and no handoff between the person who sold the work and the person doing it.
On the days that need the manpower — setting trusses, a big pour, a roof that has to go on ahead of weather — both crews work the job together.
Running two crews also means we can say no. If a build needs a trade we do not have, or a schedule we cannot honestly hit, we will tell you and usually know who to call instead.
